Q: What do I do about warranty issues?
First please call tech support 718-797-9414 to help you troubleshoot the unit in most cases this will solve all the issues. If you are required to send the unit back all Naviks products come with a one year warranty just fill out the RMA form and print it out. Send the from and all the parts you received back to us we will ship replacement parts back the same day your shipment arrives.
Q: Do you help with installation?
Of course! We specialize in installing and maintaining every product we sell. You can call 718-797-9414 or email us with any questions or issues you have when installing our products and we'll walk you through it, or do all of the work for you finding someone who can. We also offer installation services if you can make it to our Brooklyn NY office. If you prefer to get your product professionally installed, we’ll research and find the nearest professional in your area and set up the appointment. Just call and we can help you out.
Q: Can I expedite my order?
Yep! As long as your order hasn't shipped yet or if you haven't placed your order yet, just give us a call or select an expedited shipping method when placing your order on the website.
Q: What is the return policy on your products?
Return policy is 30 days from the shipping date. Naviks will not be held responsible for installation or labor expenses.
Q: Do you provide installation instructions?
We provide detailed car specific instruction for disassembling all required parts to install the naviks units, instructions also explain how to install and setup our unit
Q: Do I lose functionality of any of the factory equipment?
No. All of our equipment will retain all factory installed features.
Q: Can I install your products by myself?
We always recommend to go to a professional dealer/installer to install our products, but you can try installing it yourself if you feel confident about getting to the back of your radio or trunk depending on your car and where you connect our products.

If you select during the order process or at other times when you submit personally identifiable information, the information you provide may be used by NAViKS to create and deliver to you our newsletters, surveys or other communications containing product information. If you prefer not to receive such Communications, please do not select the ‘Please inform me option’. If you do select this option and later decide that you would no longer like to receive these communications, please use the features made available to you.
Q: Brochure Mailing List
If you have requested a NAViKS brochure, all information is kept completely confidential and is not shared with any third parties. We may, on occasion, send you an updated catalog or brochure. If you do not wish to receive any mail from NAViKS, please contact us via email at . Include your name and mailing address and email address. You will be removed from any future mailings.

Yes, USPS with Signature $30 - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes, DHL / FedEx / UPS International Shipping - $60 (In some cases + $20 - $30 if address is remote).
All international orders are shipped via DHL / FedEx / UPS with signature required (No exceptions).
Q: Customs Duty
Q: What could cause a shipping delay?
Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?
If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
