If you are required to send the unit back all Naviks products come with a one year warranty just fill out the RMA form and print it out. Send the from and all the parts you received back to us we will ship replacement parts back the same day your shipment arrives.
Unfortunately no, because all of our packages ship via fedex or ups, and we cannot ship with the usps.
