Web Store Return Policy.
All Returns must meet the following criteria:
- All Goods must be returned in original packaging.
- All Returns must be accompanied with your original receipt.
- All Returns must be received by Naviks within 30 days of the Invoice Date.
- Returns not meeting this criteria will be refused.
Only returns of defective product or incorrect merchandise will be eligible for a prepaid shipping label. If you have received the wrong product or a product you believe is defective please fill out a RMA Request.

FedEx / UPS Standard Shipping to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands - $30
FedEx / UPS 3 Day Shipping (contiguous 48 U.S. states) - $20
FedEx / UPS 2 Day Shipping (contiguous 48 U.S. states) - $35
FedEx / UPS Next Day Air Shipping (contiguous 48 U.S. states) - $50
All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx / UPS with signature required (No exceptions).

Yes, USPS with Signature $30 - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes, DHL / FedEx / UPS International Shipping - $50 (In some cases + $20 - $30 if address is remote).
All international orders are shipped via DHL / FedEx / UPS with signature required (No exceptions).

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?
Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address.
We will contact you via phone or email if there is an issue with your order.
During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.
Q: Is there a cost on returns?
If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product.
